Arcade Pocket
This Privacy Policy explains how Arcade Pocket (the "App", "we", "us"), developed by Avaxsoft, handles information when you download and use the App. Arcade Pocket is an offline collection of classic arcade games, built in the same family-friendly spirit as Avaxsoft's other apps. It does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to play.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
Arcade Pocket is built to work fully offline. The App does not:
To let you resume games, keep high scores, and remember your settings, the App stores the following data locally on your device only, using Android's private app storage (DataStore). This data is never transmitted to us or to any server we control:

This data stays on your device and is removed automatically if you uninstall the App or clear its storage from your device's App Info settings.
Arcade Pocket is free to play and is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to show banner and interstitial ads within the App.
Google Play's own consent tools (Google's User Messaging Platform, "UMP") are used to collect your consent for personalized advertising where required by law (for example, for users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland). You can also reset or limit ad tracking for your device at any time from your Android device's Settings → Privacy → Ads (wording may vary by Android version).

Arcade Pocket is designed to be safe and enjoyable for players of all ages, including children, in the same way as Avaxsoft's other apps. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13 — there is no account creation, no chat, no user-generated content, and no collection of names, emails, or other personal identifiers at any point in the App.
Because the App shows ads through Google AdMob, Avaxsoft configures ad requests to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy where this App is marketed to or is likely to be used by children — including appropriate AdMob child-directed tagging (e.g., tagForChildDirectedTreatment / tagForUnderAgeOfConsent) so that only non-personalized, contextual ads are shown rather than ads based on behavioral tracking. This configuration is kept aligned with this App's Target Audience and Content Rating settings in Google Play Console.

Since Arcade Pocket does not operate its own backend server or database, there is no central account or gameplay database of ours that could be breached. Data stored on your device is protected by your device's own operating system security and app sandboxing. Any network communication used for serving ads is handled by Google's SDKs over standard encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Locally stored game data (scores, saves, settings) remains on your device for as long as the App is installed, and is deleted automatically when you uninstall the App. Advertising-related data collected by Google is retained according to Google's own data retention policies, linked above.
The App and its ads may occasionally contain links to third-party websites or other apps (for example, an advertiser's landing page). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.
